Exchanges and Returns
Thank you for shopping Threads of Privilege, we hope you are pleased with your purchase. All garments purchased at full price can be returned for a complete refund or exchange within 14 days of the original shipping date.
We will accept no returns, exchanges, or store credit after 14 days from our original ship date. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Anything shipped to Threads of Privilege after the 14 DAY PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN.
Final Sale: Items marked down more than 50% are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Please complete your return request at https://ThreadsofPrivilege.com/a/returns. A return label will be generated upon the approval of your return request. You will receive the label at the email address you provided during your purchase. Please allow 3 business days to receive your return label.
Please note: International exchanges will be required to pay the total cost of returning the old and shipping the new merchandise.
If returning for CREDIT please allow 7 to 10 business days for transit and an additional 3 business days to process your credit. Your refund will be issued to your credit card account.
If returning for Exchange we will process your request with in 3 business days after receipt of return package. The exchange will be re-shipped at our expense. If the exchange item is not available, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment. On international exchanges we will charge you for the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.
All returns using the printed label provided must be shipped by FedEx in order for a tracking number to be available.

Upon request price adjustments will be made on merchandise permanently marked down within 10 days of the original date of purchase. No price adjustments will be made for temporary price reductions.
Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped, changes can be handled through our exchange and return policy.
